Which are the best man vitamins for men? Vitamins are organic compounds, required in small amounts, but vital for the functioning of the body. Apart from vitamin D which can be made by the body in small amounts, vitamins have to consumed through our diet.



The fat soluble vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K. As they can be dissolved in fat, they can be stored by the body and don't need to be consumed every day.

The water soluble vitamins include all the B vitamins and vitamin C. Water soluble vitamins can't be stored by the body and need to be consumed frequently, through our daily diet.
